Ticket Prices
The cost of admission to the Rovers game was questioned as
some members had felt that £16.00 was too high. The Board
accepted that it was more expensive than normal but it was
a cup game against an opponent from a higher division with
whom the gate had to be shared. Nevertheless there will be full
consultation should a similar situation arise again.
Stadium Inspection
The stadium was highly praised by local inspectors following a
recent visit by Fife Council. The condition of the stadium and the
pitch is a tribute to all those who help maintain it. As always, anyone who can spare a bit
of time to help will be warmly welcomed.
Scottish Parliament Recognition
A letter of congratulation has been received from MSP Tricia Marwick praising the Trust
inspired initiative that has led to the Step Up2media course run by Adam Smith College.
The letter recognises that this type of partnership agreement is a great example of how
the club can work to benefit the community.
Improved Communication
The Board expressed its thanks to Trust members for their help in improving online and
website communication. One member has donated the Twitter username eastfifefc – you
can find it at www.twitter.com/eastfifefc . Another has identified resources which will
soon lead to an improved club website. Watch this space!
Feedback and Ideas
The next club Board meeting is Tuesday 1st September so if there are any matters or
questions you would like raised with the club I am
