There will be a Trust quarterly meeting at Bayview on Monday 27th April at 19.30.
There will be an update on all the usual topics e.g. finance,Associate Director's report etc followed by an open question session.
As usual we need your views so please try to be there.

The paragraphs below are an extract from the Trust article prepared for Saturday's programme. Following Stewart Paterson’s resignation as Associate Director the Trust put a new proposal to the EFFC board who promised a speedy reply. True to their word they have accepted our proposal and Eugene Clarke will become an Associate Director representing the Trust. The Trust are confident that the club will make full use of Eugene’s experience and expertise in PR, Media Management and internal/external communications. Eugene is also very keen to develop community involvement at New Bayview (still find it difficult to use “New”) and as this is an area of opportunity which can only benefit club,Trust and community. The Trust is also pleased to announce that the club have agreed to sell us an additional 500 shares. This is in response to our recent request and demonstrates the continuing financial support available from the Trust and other affiliated groups. This will bring the Trust shareholding to 3600 shares. |

Just a brief update on a couple of decisions made at the last Trust board meeting.
1)The Trust have bought 2 tickets in the EFFC sponsorship raffle
2)The Trust have applied to buy another 500 shares in EFFC. If approved by the club this will take our shareholding to 3600 shares.
3)Stewart Paterson has resigned as the Trust's representative on the EFFC board and his resignation has been accepted. The Trust have put a proposal to the club board regarding his replacement.
The club have advised that items 2) and 3) will be discussed at the next board meeting and their decisions will be made known asap after the meeting. |
